SolutionHealth is an integrated non-profit health system serving over 500,000 residents across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. Formed in 2018 through the merger of Elliot Health System and Southern New Hampshire Health, it expanded further in 2022 with the addition of Home Health & Hospice Care, bringing together more than 130 years of combined service in the region.

In 2020, SolutionHealth implemented a unified Epic electronic medical record system across all facilities to enable seamless care coordination. A clinical affiliation with Massachusetts General Hospital, established in 2021, extends access to specialized care within the communities it serves. The system earned CHIME Digital Health Most Wired recognition at Level 8 in both ambulatory and acute categories in 2025.
