The product stack is owned end-to-end. The Qualitate Platform handles study design through to synthesis; the AI Moderator conducts expert conversations at scale, interviewing thousands of experts simultaneously each month and capturing forward-looking purchasing plans, competitive displacement signals and real-time ROI data. A proprietary data engine, trained on more than 350,000 minutes of expert discussions, is designed so that each new interview improves the next. Supporting this is a vetted expert panel of tens of thousands of specialists spanning hundreds of technology markets.
The engineering work spans conversational AI, machine learning, natural-language processing, qualitative analysis at scale and research workflow automation. The team, built by researchers, engineers and AI experts, has grown from four people in April 2024 to a presence across multiple offices. Qualitate raised $7m in seed funding. Customers include investment firms, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity, credit and venture investors, as well as corporate strategy teams.
