LogRocket, founded in 2016 and headquartered in Boston with an additional office in New York City, builds a frontend monitoring and product analytics platform for software teams. Its core offering combines session replay, error tracking, and product analytics to give engineering and product teams direct visibility into how users experience their applications. The platform has captured over 3.5 billion sessions to date and serves more than 3,000 customers, including Capital One, Cisco, Blue Cross Blue Shield, ClassPass, and 7-Eleven.
The platform's AI component, Galileo AI, identifies issues affecting users, assesses their severity across real sessions, and generates reproduction steps so teams can respond without manual investigation. This positions LogRocket at the intersection of developer tooling and customer experience observability - bridging the gap between engineering workflows and product decision-making.
LogRocket has raised $55 million in funding from Matrix Partners, Battery Ventures, and Delta-V Capital. The company employs over 110 people across its Boston and New York City offices.
