Endeavor Health is an integrated health system formed in 2022 through the merger of NorthShore University Health System and Edward-Elmhurst Health. It is Illinois' third-largest health system, serving more than 4.2 million residents across six counties in northeast Illinois through nine hospitals and more than 300 care locations.
The system employs more than 27,000 team members, including over 6,000 physicians, and delivers a broad spectrum of services spanning hospital care, primary care, specialty care, and immediate care. Walk-in clinics operate seven days a week, and patients can access test results, medical records, and provider messaging around the clock through an online patient portal.
Endeavor Health's scale and scope make it one of the dominant healthcare employers in the Chicagoland region, with roles spanning clinical, operational, and health IT functions across a large and geographically distributed network.
