msg global solutions Deutschland GmbH is a consulting and technology firm specialising in SAP-driven enterprise transformation. Headquartered in Zurich and operating delivery centres across six continents, it serves clients in insurance, banking, agribusiness, and manufacturing. The company is part of the msg group, a broader network that provides the scale and resources of a global technology organisation while the firm itself retains the focus of a specialist consultancy.
Its core work spans SAP S/4HANA migrations, AI-powered analytics platforms, and sustainability solutions. Consultants and engineers take direct ownership of client engagements rather than working within rigid delivery hierarchies - a structural choice that shapes how projects are staffed and run.
The working environment is explicitly multicultural, with teams collaborating across geographies and time zones. The firm places emphasis on knowledge-sharing and continuous learning, and positions career development around exposure to complex, large-scale enterprise challenges rather than narrowly defined roles.
