b-edgile GmbH is a management consulting firm with over a decade of experience guiding organisations through digital transformation. The firm works across three defined practice areas: Human Consulting, focused on agile transformation of organisations; Process Consulting, covering lean-agile supply chains and process optimisation; and System Consulting, specialising in SAP S/4HANA migrations and system landscapes. Its consultants apply Scaled Agile methodology in their daily work, covering the full engagement cycle from analysing the status quo through planning to optimisation.
The firm's technical work centres on building scalable business processes and system landscapes grounded in resilient organisational structures. This spans agile and Scaled Agile methods, SAP S/4HANA consulting and migrations, lean-agile supply chain design, and the development of digital, scalable processes for enterprise clients undergoing ERP and broader transformation programmes.
b-edgile describes its own operating model in the same terms it applies to client engagements: lean, networked, and transparent, with digital and scalable internal processes. The team comprises certified consultants and industry experts. Its client base includes enterprise organisations across supply chain and logistics contexts, as well as companies running SAP environments.
