CAA is a global entertainment and sports agency founded in 1975 and headquartered in Los Angeles. The firm represents more than 2,000 athletes across football, baseball, basketball, hockey, and soccer, alongside entertainers, coaches, broadcasters, and sports personalities. Forbes has named CAA the Most Valuable Sports Agency for nine consecutive years.
Beyond talent representation, CAA operates across filmed and live entertainment, digital media, publishing, sponsorship sales and endorsements, media finance, and consumer investing. The firm also manages fashion and brand marketing services, maintains a philanthropic arm, and operates an investment bank and venture fund. CAA maintains offices in New York, Nashville, Chicago, Miami, London, Munich, Geneva, Stockholm, Shanghai, and Beijing.
In September 2023, Groupe Artémis, the investment company of French billionaire François-Henri Pinault, completed acquisition of a majority stake in CAA, valuing the deal at $7 billion. The transaction underscores the agency's position as a significant player in global entertainment and sports industries.
