About

We're a fintech company on a mission to make getting a manufactured home loan simple, fast, and completely online. Our founders Ben and Jordan left their banking careers at JP Morgan after experiencing firsthand how difficult it was for manufactured home owners to access modern lending solutions. They built Zippy to fix this problem, creating a platform that can originate loans in as little as five days.

What makes us different is that we only do manufactured home loans - nothing else. This focus lets us move incredibly fast while still providing the personal support our customers need. We believe modern manufactured homes are fantastic housing options: well-built, affordable, and environmentally friendly. Our team of finance, lending, and technology experts shares this belief, and we're proud to help families achieve homeownership through our fully digital experience.
