Xealth is a digital health orchestration platform that integrates clinical workflows, patient education, remote monitoring, and digital programs directly into electronic health records. Clinicians can prescribe, monitor, and manage digital health tools from a unified interface within the patient chart, eliminating the need to switch between systems. The platform is trusted by hundreds of health systems across the United States.
The company was founded in 2017 after its founding team joined Providence St. Joseph Health in 2016, where the core concept originated. The team brings experience from consumer technology, including prior work on products that shipped at scale in the mobile and telecommunications sectors. Xealth's approach focuses on reducing friction in clinical workflows by embedding digital tools into systems clinicians already use, rather than requiring adoption of disconnected applications.
In October 2025, Xealth was acquired by Samsung Electronics. The acquisition aims to combine Xealth's care orchestration expertise with Samsung's wearable technology capabilities to advance connected, preventative care on a global scale. The integration enables clinicians to leverage advanced wearable data and monitoring capabilities alongside existing digital health programs, expanding the platform's technical foundation.
