At West Shore Home, we believe quality home remodeling comes from empowered teams with real ownership and shared values. Founded in 2006 by CEO B.J. Werzyn, we've grown from a local window and door company to one of the nation's largest direct-to-consumer home remodelers, operating over 40 locations nationwide with 3,000+ employees. Our team members are company employees, not subcontractors, which means they take pride in every bathroom, window, door, and flooring installation. We ship projects daily - most completing in just one day. We optimize for excellence, not facetime, which is why we've invested in scan-to-plan accuracy technology that empowers our teams to deliver precise results.
We're technology-driven at our core, using innovation to make home remodeling fast, easy, and convenient for both customers and our team. When employees feel valued and supported, they perform at their best - that's not just our philosophy, it's proven by our recognition as a Top Workplaces USA award winner for four consecutive years. Our culture attracts competitive team members who thrive on professional growth, whether they're experienced sales professionals, recent graduates, military veterans, or bilingual talent. We don't just bring happiness to every home; we bring purpose and opportunity to every career, with paid training, uncapped earning potential, and genuine advancement opportunities.
