TheIncLab engineers and delivers intelligent digital platforms that have a profound and positive impact on the lives of our customers, our people, and the free world depending on both of us. Founded in 2015 as the first human-centered artificial intelligence (AI+X) lab, TheIncLab's multi-disciplinary teams engineer solutions focused on our customers and their most complex challenges. The company bridges the gap between humans and intelligent systems, creating transformational concepts, products, and solutions designed to work with meaningful human interaction.
With facilities in Tampa, FL (headquarters), McLean, VA, and Nashville, TN, TheIncLab serves defense and commercial clients including the Department of Defense and U.S. Government. The team combines deep technical expertise with domain knowledge to deliver mission-critical platforms like Nyx for mission planning, LEAP for autonomous systems control, Kronos for airspace management, Iris for multi-domain sensor data fusion, and Atum for rapid prototyping. As a women-owned small business with an award-winning multidisciplinary team of engineers, software developers, and UX/UI designers, TheIncLab consistently turns real-world complexity into intuitive and adoptable capability that scales across domains, is modular by design, secure by default, and interoperable from day one.
