Texas State Technical College is a state-supported institution operating 11 campuses across Texas since its founding in 1965. As the only state-supported multi-campus technical college in Texas, it offers more than 50 degree and certificate programs in technical and vocational fields, delivered through a combination of residential and non-residential facilities across Abilene, Breckenridge, Brownwood, Williamson County, Fort Bend County, Harlingen, Marshall, New Braunfels, North Texas, Sweetwater, and Waco.
The college emphasises hands-on laboratory training and high-tech skills instruction designed to prepare students directly for employment. Its approach centres on learning by thinking and doing, supported by state-of-the-art laboratory facilities where students gain practical experience in their chosen fields.
TSTC serves diverse populations through flexible learning models accommodating new students, career-changers, and veterans.
