At Striveworks, we believe in moving at the speed of trust. Our team operates in a high-trust work environment where people respect each other and use candor kindly and constructively. Founded by data scientists and engineers, we value work that intersects passion and perseverance - we geek out about the potential of our contributions and find joy in working hard on things that matter. Our engineers are trusted on day one to be core contributors to our products and company direction, with real ownership over their work.
We optimize for focus and autonomy, not facetime - which is why we offer a hybrid workspace with flexible on-site time and fully remote options. Our engineering culture embraces cloud-neutral development, hexagonal event-driven microservice architecture, and everything-as-code principles. We value taking ownership, having agency, and feeling individual responsibility for collective results. This culture-first approach has earned us recognition as a Built In Best Place to Work for four consecutive years and a spot on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500.
