The company's approach centers on a white-glove service model that goes beyond traditional recruitment. Through a university professor network and aggressive vetting process, Pearl identifies harder-working, more motivated candidates with extensive software experience. The team has bootstrapped the company to multi-million dollar revenue without outside funding, driven by the belief that talent knows no borders. Candidates placed through Pearl have been flown to the US and EU for on-site work and promoted to roles matching their onshore counterparts. Pearl is also pioneering AI upskilling through Pearl AI+, a 5-week training program that provides EAs and VAs with AI certification and portfolio development, fast-tracking top graduates into roles with global startups.
