At NORY, we believe education should ignite the spark of curiosity that lives within every child. Our team of passionate educators and innovators works collaboratively to create immersive learning experiences that go beyond traditional STEM education. We value risk-taking, authentic connection, and the relentless pursuit of "why" - core principles that guide how we design our programs and how we work together. Every team member brings unique creative energy to our mission of nurturing resilient, inquisitive, and empathetic changemakers.
Our culture thrives on purpose-driven action and solution-oriented thinking. We ask "how to make it work" before wondering "if it will be possible," fostering an environment where experimentation is encouraged and failure is viewed as a stepping stone to growth. With data-grounded decisions and a commitment to continuous feedback, we build a supportive, loving team environment where everyone's ideas are valued. We're unifiers who believe in the power of empathy and compassion - not just in our curriculum, but in how we treat each other every day.
