Founded in 2008, High Tech Genesis (HTG) emerged from a clear vision: high-tech companies need specialized engineering partners who understand the unique challenges of building technology products, not just deploying them. The founders recognized that while many consultancies offered general technical talent, the high-tech sector demanded engineers who could architect the foundational software that powers cloud infrastructure, security systems, and telecommunications networks. This insight drove HTG to focus exclusively on the high-tech sector, building a team of specialists who could help clients accelerate their product roadmaps with precision and quality.
Today, HTG has evolved into a trusted engineering design firm that partners with technology companies to bring innovative products to market faster. Their engineers don't just deploy applications to the cloud - they create the software that cloud service providers use to build their infrastructure. The company culture, built on communication, integrity, accountability, and passion, empowers employees to think outside the box and share insights freely. With a commitment to work-family-community balance and flexible work options, HTG fosters an environment where technical excellence meets human connection, supporting both client success and employee well-being through volunteerism and continuous learning.
