Georgia Farm Bureau, founded in 1937, is Georgia's largest voluntary agricultural organization. It represents nearly 300,000 member families through a network of 158 county Farm Bureau organizations across the state. The independent, non-governmental body operates as a grassroots voice for farmers and rural communities, focusing on advocacy, leadership development, and direct assistance.
The organization provides a range of services and member benefits. Its insurance subsidiary, Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance, has offered home, auto, life, and farm insurance products since 1958. Members also have access to travel discounts, health and wellness programs, and the Georgia Neighbors magazine.
Georgia Farm Bureau is committed to developing the next generation of agricultural leaders. This effort includes programs such as Young Farmers and Ranchers and Women's Leadership initiatives. Its work is centered on the agriculture industry and the broader needs of rural communities throughout Georgia.
