At Berkeley Square, we believe the best recruitment happens when people are truly at the centre of the process. Our team brings years of experience in competency-based recruitment, but what really sets us apart is our commitment to understanding candidates and clients as individuals with unique aspirations. We're proud to be transforming the traditional recruitment model into something more personal and empowered - a place where our people are encouraged to forge their own paths and build meaningful relationships that go beyond typical recruiter-candidate dynamics.
Since our founding in 2009, we've grown from a Bristol-based specialist into a global partner in technology recruitment, while staying true to our people-powered philosophy. We offer three distinct services: Recruitment for permanent and contract staff, Consulting for strategic technology guidance, and our unique In-Team model where our consultants become embedded within client organizations. Our team partners with industry leaders including PwC, KPMG, AMD, and HP, placing over 2,500 professionals across tech and engineering roles. We're not just filling positions - we're building careers, supporting businesses, and creating a workplace where our consultants can thrive with autonomy, excellent commission structures, and a culture that prioritizes living well while achieving professional success.
