ASRC Federal is the government services subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC), an Alaska Native Corporation owned by over 14,000 Iñupiat shareholders. The company provides technical services and mission support to more than 30 federal defense and civilian agencies across five markets: Space, Civilian, Defense & Intelligence, National Security, and Health. With a workforce of more than 8,500 employees, it operates across six core service areas: Digital Operations & IT Modernization, Software Applications & Analytics, Engineering Solutions, Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Professional Services, and Infrastructure Operations.
ASRC Federal's technical work spans a broad range of federal priorities, including artificial intelligence development for national security, cyber defense, digitized citizen services, and space systems supporting NASA's lunar exploration programmes. The company positions itself as a mission-critical partner to both large defence programmes and civilian government agencies requiring sustained operational and technical support.
As part of a family of Alaska Native-owned companies, ASRC Federal is guided by Iñupiat values - stewardship, teamwork, integrity, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement - which the organisation cites as central to its operating culture. Revenue generated by the company contributes to the long-term economic interests of ASRC's Iñupiat shareholders, linking commercial performance directly to the welfare of an Alaska Native community.
