Arizona Autism United is a nonprofit organisation founded in 2006 by local families to address a shortage of quality autism services in Arizona. Today it serves over 1,000 individuals with autism daily across the state, offering comprehensive care from diagnosis through adulthood.
The organisation provides applied behaviour analysis (ABA) therapy, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and behavioural health services through multiple delivery modes: home-based, telehealth, and clinic-based treatments. Family support services complement clinical offerings, recognising that care extends beyond the individual diagnosed with autism.
Arizona Autism United involves the families it serves in shaping its operations and direction. The team emphasises personalised outcomes, acknowledging that success looks different for each person and family. The organisation has been recognised as a Top Workplace and prioritises competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and work-life balance for its staff.
