Founded in 2010, Arcanys is a software development company based in the Philippines. The firm specializes in helping businesses scale their engineering teams by providing vetted Filipino developers who work in similar time zones to their international clients and are native English speakers. With over 300 team members, it has assisted more than 200 companies worldwide, including 50 startups.
The company employs a rigorous selection process, accepting less than 5% of candidates who apply. Its developer attrition rate stands at 5%, which it attributes to a workplace culture that prioritizes engineers' well-being. On Clutch, the firm holds a 5/5 rating, and it reports a net promoter score of 81.
Arcanys positions itself as a technology and business partner rather than a conventional outsourcing vendor. Beyond core software development, its service offering includes UX/UI design, quality assurance, business analysis, and technical mentorship. The company provides clients with robust reporting systems to maintain transparency across projects.
